Equipment Description:

  • Machine for fruit industry (washing and treatment)
  • Robotized bins dumper with destacking and stacking system
  • This machine is an innovative automatic system of bins unloading in water for floating fruits (e.g. apples) or non floating (e.g. pears) with bins destacking and stacking functions. The system is extremely compact and requires a very small space compared with traditional dumpers.
  • This bins dumper is composed of a sturdy column running on a rail on which is connected a clamp that according to the needs and worked fruit can immerse, rotate and dump the bins. Bins destacking/stacking function is extremely precise because it’s electronically managed by an encoder system. It’s able to operate piles composed by up to 4 bins.
  • This highly productive system is easy control and programming. Differently from traditional systems, this one is flexible and easily adaptable to any processing lines implementation.
  • In comparison to traditional dumping systems, this machine reduces enormously maintenance costs because only the immersion clamp has contact with water. Therefore in case of intervention it is not necessary to empty the tank, saving in this way time and money.
