own the equipment for sale? |

As a broker,
EquipNet does not own most of the equipment being offered. However,
occassionally we do take title on some equipment and will sell those assets
on this site. In those instances where we do own the equipment, we state
that fact on the listing.

What kind
of warrantees come with the product? |

Equipment
is sold "where is/as is" and does not come with any warrantee
or guarantee. That is why we suggest that interested parties set up inspections.

interested parties have the opportunity to inspect equipment. All inspections

I won my
auction. How do I complete this sale? |
| A. |
If you are the winning
bidder for one of EquipNet 's auctions you will be sent two separate
emails following the close of the auction. One will be from eBay, the
other directly from EquipNet . The email from EquipNet will contain
a confirmation of the sale, contact information for crating and shipping,
and your payment options. If you do not receive an email from EquipNet
within 24 hours, please email esales@equipnet.com and provide your eBay

product be shipped outside of the United States? |

Yes. However, depending on the product, their maybe restrictions
