Equipment Description:

Walk-in Cooler 16' x 18' x 9.6' This is a CCI, Carroll Cooler, Inc, never used cooler. It was installed in a warehouse in 2005 and then disassembled and I have had in storage collecting dust. New Plastic floor screed (seals bottom of walls to floor) to go with cooler. Copland Twin Fan Compressor, 3 phase 230V, Indoor with galvanized sheet metal dust cover with 4 fan condenser. Unit is in like new condition. 5' wide x 7' tall pallet door.

  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, star pack solutions-cambridge, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and star pack solutions-cambridge
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
