Equipment Description:

This 1000 Gallon De Deitrich Glass Lined Reactor was used as a distillation reactor. It has support legs. The maximum working pressure FV/100 psig @ 500*F. The shell working pressure is FV/90 psig @ 500*F. The glass is 3009. The unit was manufactured in 1986. The N/B is 3973. The agitator is a Philadelpia agitator drive with a 7.5 hp motor.

Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Merck - MMD - Rahway (Network Assets), and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
Certificate holder is JJSI and Merck - MMD - Rahway (Network Assets)
Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
